Returns Policy.

We accept returns to our warehouse's if you obtain a returns number prior to sending the item, should you not have this your package will be rejected, and returned to sender.

You have the right to return products within 14 days if you change your mind, or its not what you thought it was. If opened or used the package will be rejected. We highly recommend that you return the goods using tracked shipping, You also need to pay the shipping fees. 

Some Items can not be returned due to the nature of the item. We list a large number of products on our website. i.e. Glue and other such items as cleaning sprays, these items are an example of items we will not accept back as returns. If you wish to check if the item you are wishing to obtain is returnable please contact us using our contact page here on this site.

If an item is returned and found to be re saleable we will refund the price you paid including the outgoing shipping costs.

We only accept returns from the United Kingdom.

Please ensure that you provide your order number on all documents, we will email you a returns form to print and use for return to ensure it goes to the right warehouse.
