Terms and conditions of sale.

You accept these terms and conditions, you will not knowingly order a product from this site that is not for legal use, we only ship to the United Kingdom, Orders for outside the UK you must contact our sales team in order to ensure correct details and postage prices are applied.

All orders in the UK will carry a £5.99 Shipping fee regardless of the number of items you order, we may at times need to split an order as it will come from different warehouses.

Product images are for show only your actual product may be more updated than that shown. Errors where a product has not been entered correctly in our system will be voided and the buyer refunded in full. If an item is out of stock you will be contacted and offered a date for delivery if we are expecting the product back in stock within 7 days. Should this not be the case we are more than happy to refund you.

Prices are as set on the website these were are deemed to be correct at the last point of stock entering the system.

Some products require the buyer to be of least 18 years of age or older. You further agree that your be 18 years of age or older. If it comes to our attention that the order is intended for someone under 18 years of age we will reject the order. We would recommend that you ask your parents to place the order.

We have a privacy policy that you agree to, and we have a returns policy you agree to, important parts in the returns policy are listed as a 14 day limit, and that you agree to pay the returns postage and is subject to authorised returns number. Please ensure that you check all the policy's before ordering.

We reserve the right to reverse an order without reason should our systems detect fraud, this can happen at any point in the order process. We process and package your order over a 4 day period then shipping is 2 - 4 days by Royal Mail / Carrier dependant on the package.

We do not provide refunds for orders sent out. You are required to return the package in the same condition as if it were new as supplied to you.

Warranty issues should be with the manufacture in all cases. If a product has a fault within the first 14 days we will swap the item. We shall arrange collection should this be the case.

You also agree to the legal terms that being that any case you present must be within the English Courts.
